At BINDY Clothing, your payment is in good hands. We've set up a simple and secure process so you can shop worry-free.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the main payment methods used in Belgium and across Europe:
- Bancontact — Belgium's go-to payment method
- Credit/debit card — Visa and Mastercard
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay — depending on your device and bank
- Other local methods — automatically offered based on your country
All payments are processed by Mollie, a trusted European payment provider used by thousands of online shops.
Your data is protected
Your banking details never touch our servers. When you pay, you're redirected to Mollie's or your bank's secure interface. Here's what that means:
- Your connection is encrypted end-to-end (HTTPS/SSL).
- Your card details are never stored or accessible by our team.
- Your bank may ask you to verify the payment through your banking app — that's totally normal, it's part of European security standards.
Good to know: BINDY Clothing will never ask for your banking codes, passwords or verification codes by email, text or phone.
Confirmation and invoice
As soon as your payment goes through, you'll get a confirmation email with your order summary. If you've created an account, you can find your orders and invoices in your personal space.
Trouble with your payment?
No stress, it happens. Here are a few quick fixes:
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) or switch to private/incognito mode.
- Turn off your ad blocker — some accidentally block payment windows.
- Check your banking app — your bank might be waiting for you to approve the transaction.
- Try another payment method — for example Bancontact if your Visa is acting up.
If it's still not working, hit us up with your name, the approximate date, the payment method you used and the error message shown. We'll get back to you asap.
Before you confirm your order
Take a quick look at your order summary (items, sizes, delivery address) before you hit confirm. If you spot a mistake after ordering — wrong address, duplicate, wrong size — get in touch quickly and we'll do our best to sort it out.
