A fleece built for daily life
The double-faced sherpa brings that cocoon side immediately when you slip it on. Its big strength is balance: warm, light and soft, with a tone-on-tone fleece lining that keeps a clean finish.
As we are at BINDY Clothing, details do the work: a heart chest pocket and a welt pocket in contrast ripstop, plus a recycled plastic centre-front zip to stay consistent with the eco-responsible approach.
Fit & sizing
Regular unisex cut, built for layering. Wear it over a t-shirt, a hoodie or a sweater depending on the season. For a more oversize look, size up.

Fabric & commitments
Post-consumer recycled polyester comes from PET bottles and plastic waste transformed into textile fibre. It's the responsible alternative to virgin polyester — less oil extraction, recycling existing waste.
When to wear it?
A unisex jacket built for real life: forest walks, seaside, skate trips, work commute, campfire, chill weekend. Wear it open when it's mild, closed when the wind blows. Ideal for autumn, winter, and all cool evenings.
Note: sherpa is not waterproof. For heavy rain days, the BINDY WATERPROOF JACKET (#67) is the suited technical option. You can also wear it as a lining under a lightweight waterproof shell.

A well-cared sherpa fleece easily lasts 5 years and keeps its softness.

No — it's a sherpa fleece, not a waterproof jacket. It resists drizzle but not heavy rain. For Belgian rain, go for the BINDY WATERPROOF JACKET (#67) or wear the sherpa as a lining under a water-repellent shell.
Very warm — 480 gsm with tone-on-tone fleece lining. It's the weight of a real technical fleece, warmer than a regular sweatshirt. Ideal as a mid-layer or outer layer when it's dry and cold.
Sherpa is a material imitating lamb faux-fur — looped texture, very soft, very warm. Here it's double-faced (visible on both sides) in post-consumer recycled polyester, so 100% vegan and eco-responsible. No animal fibre.
The Sherpa is built for warmth (dry cold days, indoors, evening by the fire). The BINDY WATERPROOF is built for rain. Ideal in Belgian climate: have both and combine them. You can also wear the Sherpa under the waterproof to stack warmth + rain protection.
Sherpa is by nature a technical synthetic fibre — that's what gives its warmth, lightness and softness. Cotton couldn't reproduce this looped structure. The BINDY choice: use post-consumer recycled polyester, which valorises existing waste instead of extracting new oil.
Wash 30°C synthetic cycle, zip closed, no tumble dryer, no ironing (heat damages sherpa), no bleach. Flat or hanger drying. Well-cared, it lasts 5 years easily.
